The FIST

We believe that a TEAM is five guys working as one. We know that any one fist can break any one finger. Therefore we must have a TEAM where all fingers fit together into a powerful fist.

There are five fundamental qualities that make a great team: commitment, trust, collective responsibility, caring and pride. Each of these is a separate finger on the fist. Any one individually is important but all of them together are unbeatable.
